Money

“I want a job,” I say to Mom.
She says, “Go to school.”
I say,  “We need money.”
She says, “I make the money. Go to school!”
In school, I think about money. Mom wants a dog. I want a CD player. I need a job!
IN the school hall, I find money. $200! I think about the dog Mom wants. I think about a CD player. I have the money. I can get a CD player. I can get a dog.
I find Kay. She says, “Get the CD player.”
I find Jake. Jake says, “Get your mom a dog.”
I find Tom. Tom says, “Find who lost the money.”
The money makes me think.

What do you think? Meet with a friend or in a small group. Talk about what you think the person in this story should do with the money. Give your reasons why.
