Precipitation-Water, rain, snow, hail, sleet; any amount of moisture that falls from the sky.

Condensation: When water droplets form after a change in temperature

Difference between condensation and evaporation: 

Evaporation- Water meets hot temperature and turns to vapor (gas);

Condensation- vapor (gas) meets cold air and turns back to liquid.

Collection- Water falls back to earth (to the rivers, lakes, oceans, or land) as precipitation. It is trapped as ground water.  Animals and plants use the ground water.
