Deaf Education:
Check out MoveNote (movenote.com). The presentation I viewed about it said a teacher is using it with her deaf student. You can record yourself on one side and have a presentation or document on the other side. Some schools are using it for their morning announcements with the script on one side as they video record it. It looks like you can use it on a desktop with webcam, or on Android or iOS devices.
