SENIOR INFO

Important (senior) dates:

 

-Prom  Saturday, April 21, 2012 8:00-midnight   Appling Manor  All teachers invited to attend!!  Tickets on sale until April 13^th or until gone - $30 each

-Senior Trip to Atlanta  Fri-Sat, April 27-28, 2012   Approx 140 seniors are going on the trip.

-Senior Luncheon  Friday, May 4, 2012  11:00-2:15   Memphis Botanic Gardens (Seniors must have paid their senior fees to attend the luncheon; please encourage students to go ahead and pay)  Teachers with afternoon planning are encouraged to attend to celebrate the seniors and their accomplishments.  We will need all senior teachers to attend to help with supervision.

-Senior Exams  Thursday and Friday, May 10-11, 2012      (Exemption forms will be distributed at a later time)

-Graduation Rehearsal   Friday, May 18, 2012    2:00-3:30  Cook Convention Center   (Time just recently determined-please share/emphasize this time as our rehearsal has taken place in the morning for the last few years)

-Graduation    Sunday, May 20, 2012   3 pm   Cook Convention Center   All teachers are expected to attend the graduation ceremony.  Senior homeroom teachers should arrive by 2:30 and be dressed and backstage at that time.

-Project Graduation  Sunday, May 20, 2012  11 pm-5 am  Wellworx    All teachers are invited to stop by and see the students having a great last time together as a class. The parents sponsor and put together this wonderful lock-in for our seniors which keeps them safe on graduation night.  It is a lot of fun and they love to see their teachers in a casual atmosphere that evening even if only for a few minutes.

 

We will distribute packets to students very soon but I wanted to go ahead and share this information with you all.  Please share with your students.
