If you want to join Rugby.... then you need to get a physical. 
WSHS Rugby has a Facebook page... so make sure to ask them to be your friend.

The boys have already started conditioning at Toby Park on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 3:15-4:15. PRACTICE starts on OCT 27th from 3-5 at school. See Coach Brooks for More Information
